i enjoyed the breakfast buffet. the buffet offered excellent quality and variety. i liked the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. the hotel booked a day cruise on the bay for me easily.

the lighting near the reception bar switched off after 11 pm. it gave the feeling that i should leave.

creaky springs inadequate soundproofing untouched stain

the breakfast buffet offered a huge variety of food options which was acceptable

the bed was quite uncomfortable it felt worn the springs creaked with every movement i made. the room's soundproofing was also inadequate i could clearly hear noise from the hallway disturbing my sleep. housekeeping missed some areas during cleaning there were coffee stains on surfaces that remained untouched throughout my stay.

the hotel is accessible by boat and sits on a private island i found the pools especially nice with their magical lighting at sunset. the breakfast buffet offered a huge variety of tasty choices i also really appreciated the attentive service by the staff.

the hotel features marble throughout lovely statues and fountains i saw both indoor and outdoor swimming pools i also noted a sauna steam room and jacuzzi available to use .

my room included a good sized balcony overlooking the swimming pools it also provided a great view towards the world heritage site i counted about 1800 limestone formations i saw from my balcony.

one evening at the pavilion restaurant i had a server i wish i could recall her name she was very interested in giving good service i saw her hustling and working hard to please guests.

the resort's location is conducive to a quiet quiet setting. i could hear the calmness and appreciate the proximity to the water. the presence of a private beach added to the overall sense of seclusion.
